Scott Pritchett
Board President

Scott Pritchett first served on the ITNOrlando Board of Directors as its Vice President from 2009 to 2010, and is currently President of the Board.

A 12-year veteran of the banking industry, Scott Pritchett is a Vice President of Old Florida National Bank and the Branch Manager of its College Park facility. Scott earned a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Central Florida, 2009 graduate of the Florida School of Banking and is also a graduate of Winter Park Leadership.

After fulfilling a 2-year mission in Mexico, Scott has held many leadership positions with the church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where he is currently serving as the First Councilor in the Bishopric of the University Park Ward in Orlando.

Scott and his wife, Julianne, are the proud parents of three children.


Harold "Harry" Barley
Board Vice President

Harold "Harry" Barley is Executive Director of METROPLAN ORLANDO. This organization is responsible for transportation planning in Orange, Seminole and Osceola Counties. Harry has worked in the transportation industry for 30 years. Most of his experience was building the Metro system in the Washington, D.C. area with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority. He's also worked on regional transportation projects in the Republic of China and Athens, Greece.

He earned his Bachelor's degree from the State University of New York and did his graduate work in City and Regional Planning at the Catholic University of America. He also is a graduate of the Management Program at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.

Harry is currently the Chairman of Florida's 26 Metropolitan Planning Organizations and the Chairman of the Winter Park Community Redevelopment Agency Advisory Board.


Win Adams
Board Member

Win Adams is a Certified Senior Advisor, CSA, who serves on the Metro Plan Orlando (MPO) Transportation Disadvantage Local Coordinating Board. He is the Representative for the Elderly ( over 60 ).

Win has an extensive background in industrial engineering and cost accounting. Prior to returning to Florida in 1988, Win was an efficiency and productivity expert with Fortune 500 companies. His assignments sent him traveling to Europe (Italy, England, Belgium, and Holland) and the United States (New York, Indianapolis, Boston, St Louis, New Orleans, Houston and Detroit).

Win is a Florida licensed health insurance and real estate agent. He also served as a Seminole County Commissioner from 1994 to 1998. He is also the current President of his condo association Coach Light Estates Section II.

Win Adams graduated from Florida State University with honors in economics and finance. He was trained in the fields of cost accounting and industrial engineering by RCA.


Paulette Z. Geller
Board Member

Paulette Z. Geller, is a nationally recognized pioneer in the development of community-based services for older adults. Formerly the Program Director of Older Adults Programs for the Winter Park Health Foundation (1995-2007), Paulette was also the Director of Day Services for the Jewish Home of Rochester, New York, where she became a nationally recognized leader in the field of adult day services.

Champion for bringing the "Pioneers for Culture Change in Long-Term Care" to Florida and coordinator for implementation of the AdvantAge Initiative for Orange County, Paulette's current projects include the redesign of the system providing long-term care services to older adults, two major innovative transportation programs, and a series of projects focused on civic engagement. Professional affiliations include membership on the governing council of the American Society on Aging's Forum on Spirituality Religion and Aging; former Chairperson of the Senior Resource Alliance Advisory Committee and chair for its Access to Benefits Coalition; advisor to the Orange County Commission on Aging; member of the Mayor of Orlando's Committee on Older Adults; and on boards of Orange East Rotary and Congregation Ohev Shalom.


Charles Henry
Board Member

The cornerstone of Charles Henry's personal mission has always been helping people. For 19 years, he was an educator in the school systems of both Hillsborough ad Orange counties, and he was involved in the growth of community and youth programs as well. While a member of the Orange County Education Foundation, Charles' focus was on enhancing the development of marketable skills in youth.

As a manager at Progress Energy, Charles was responsible for c contractors and service to over 18,000 square miles of central Florida. He was also President of the Electrical Council of Florida.

Charles holds a bachelor of science degree from The Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University (FAMU). He is also a graduate of Leadership Orlando, and is a recipient of the Paul Harris Fellowship of the Rotary Club.


Alexandra Mercier
Board Member

Alexandra Mercier is the Program Manager for the ADRC Triage Program at the Senior Resource Alliance. Fluent in French, Spanish and Creole, Alexandra serves as translator for the SHINE program, and is their spokesperson with Orange TV. Her experience with seniors spans many years working with the Area Agencies on Aging, American Eldercare and as a volunteer with Seniors First.

Alexandra holds a bachelors degree in business management, as well as a masters degree in gerontology. She has also received certificates from numerous training classes on issues relating to senior care.


Gene Sullivan
Board Member

Gene Sullivan is a retired consultant and former Hong Kong Tourist Board Chief Executive based in Hong Kong. He previously worked abroad in marketing and management for Borden International and Coca-Cola. Gene is a graduate of Rollins College and received an MBA from the Thunderbird Graduate School of International Management.


Lisa Vallee
Board Member

Lisa Vallee is the owner and care coordinator for Heart and Soul Home Care. A Licensed Practical Nurse, Lisa has served the aged and disabled in Central Florida for 11 years. She served 4 years in the US Navy as a hospital corpsman, where she received the Good Conduct Medal, and the Navy Achievement Medal as the youngest sailor in history to be awarded this prestigious award.
